Methodology

Our test methodology is a risk driven process that can be adapted to meet your specific needs. While we did not invent the concept of using risk management to assist with the formulation of test strategies, we were one of the first companies in Australia to actively apply it to testing software systems.

We were also insightful in the inclusion of post deployment monitoring of systems as part of the software test lifecycle to take into account the often neglected software quality factors of maintainability, adaptability and reliability.

Our methodology includes the following stages:

• Project risk analysis and test planning • Test design, test data generation and test coverage analysis • Test environment setup, test execution and recording of results • Incident management and reporting of test results • Monitoring of system changes and regression testing
