No, we are a totally independent test house and while we maintain working relationships with key test tool suppliers, we reserve the right to provide unbiased advice to clients on their test tool needs.

Does ITS operate in accordance with any known standards?

Yes, ITS has developed an in-house Quality Management System that conforms to ISO 9000. ITS is also working towards NATA Software Laboratory accreditation.

Does ITS have enough resources to solve my testing problems?

Yes, as well as having a permanent staff of test professionals, ITS has many Associates that are able to provide timely assistance. ITS also has extensive test environment resources to enable testing to be completed efficiently across a range of target platforms.
