Jun 2009: SA Police selects ITS to support the implementation of HP Quality Centre. This implementation is integrated with existing JIRA based issue management systems.

Apr 2009: ITS provides product software developer CashFlow Manager with a review of their previous version release project. A report was delivered with recommendations on how to improve software quality and better manage risks associated with the mass market product.

Jul 2008: RAA uses ITS Professional Tester services to supplement their existing test team for a major Agile development project. ITS staff were involved in test planning, test exection and working closely with business representatives. ITS staff were mentored and supported by more senior ITS staff throughout the engagement.

May 2008: ITS supports $20M SAP project for GrainCorp in New South Wales. Services include project test strategy planning, test management and testing tools management. HP's Quality Centre, QuickTestPro and LoadRunner were utilised for the project.

Apr 2008: Revolution IT engages ITS in Sydney to deliver test process health checks for the Federal Government Department for Workplace Relations (DEWR) in Canberra. A comprehensive report was delivered outlining test process related issues and recommendations.

Feb 2008: The Royal Automobile Association (RAA) in Adelaide engages ITS to review their existing software testing practices and provide advice on a problematic testing tools implementation. A new test methodology was development along with a simplified testing tools strategy.

Feb 2008: ITS were selected by the Senior Secondary Assessment Board of South Australia (SSABSA) to provide test automation systems on one of their critical IT projects.

Jan 2008: The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) of NSW selected ITS to provide on going consultancy services to assist with software testing process improvement, testing tools strategy & implementation and training. This assistance included the upgrade and load testing of the quality control defect management system.
